Weather/Utilize Control Weather:

Double the potency of Control Weather.
When the weather is good, earth and fire attack spells 
are increased in damage and earth and fire defensive
spells last longer.

When the weather is bad, substitute water and air.

Utilize Weaken/Ego Whip:

Make them lessen the target's damroll too, like -1 for
every five levels of the caster. Also, make any spell
like this already or in the future subtract up to -5
str, to create a possib

Utilize faerie fire:

Faerie fire on a mob improves anyone's THACO who is
fighting the mob. Make it so.

Utilize exorcise:
*bursts out laughing* Or, bin it and replace it with
a good idea from the database. :D

Remove harm from druid, and call lightning from cleric,
then replace them with stuff from the ideas database.
